An issue arose on March 3rd, 2026 that may have impacted orders placed within the week of the date in question.

Everything Locks utilizes an analog milling machine designed to code-cut keys. On this date, it was discovered that the machine was significantly out of calibration. At the time this was discovered, it was undetermined as to how many orders were impacted beforehand. We estimate about a week's batch of orders may have been affected.

If you have placed an order within 5-7 days prior to this date and your order was affected, we ask you to kindly reach out to us to rectify the situation. When contacting us, please confirm the issue you are having. We will do everything we can to solve the issue.

Note: We will be out of office starting Sunday, March 8th while we travel out-of-state for a larger project. We are expected to return on Thursday, March 12th. We will still be accessible via email, however, a replacement order may not be able to be processed until we return.

If you initially notice the issue with your order while we are out of town, we still ask that you reach out to us. While it may take a few extra days to process a new order, we will still do everything in our power to make it right.

As of March 3rd, 9:00PM EST, the issue has been resolved.
