Q: If you are legit, why does your website end in ".net" instead of ".com"
A: When reviewing the cost for domains, the price for the ".com" ending was higher than most. We hope to make the switch as soon as possible, however, we need to find the budget for it. Our top priority is to keep the budget as high as possible so we may better serve our customers.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept secure online payments including credit/debit cards and other approved methods. For larger commercial orders, we may also offer ACH or invoice-based payments upon request.
Q: How do I ensure my credit card information is secure?
A: All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers. Please note that we have advanced fraud protection. This includes the ability to see how many times a payment has been submitted, how many times it failed, if the billing address is different than the shipping address, if the security code matches, and the risk of fraud.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes. Everything Locks is registered and compliant with Pennsylvania business and tax requirements. Documentation can be provided upon request.
Q: What if I have an issue with my order?
A: We stand behind our work. If there are any issues, contact us and we will work quickly to resolve them within 24 to 48 business hours.
Q: Why are your prices sometimes lower than competitors?
A: Everything Locks is a business that is not conducted as a means of a primary source of income, rather, provide additional income. This may change as the business grows, but in the meantime, please enjoy our lower prices that seem difficult to find somewhere else!
Q: Do you send out marketing emails that clutter my mailbox?
A: Absolutely not. Some may find this refreshing, while others may find it disappointing. We don't believe in order to get business that we have to send out high volume emails with bogus information that most people delete anyway.
Q: How do you ensure security when handling keys and key systems?
A: Security is our top priority. Keying information is handled with strict confidentiality. If you feel this information has been breached, please notify us as soon as possible!
