Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel any order, service, transaction, or require additional documentation at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

  • We detect suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity

  • Requested products or services raise security concerns

  • Customer information cannot be verified

  • There is reason to believe products may be used for unauthorized access or unlawful purposes

Account Restrictions

In certain cases, customers who engage in suspicious activity may:

  • Be restricted from placing future orders

  • Have their accounts suspended or permanently barred

  • Be reported to local authorities if required if the issue deems more serious

Order Verification

To maintain the integrity of our services, we may request additional documentation or verification before fulfilling certain orders, especially those involving:

  • Restricted key systems

  • High-security locks and cylinders

  • Key duplication for protected systems

  • Access control components

Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation and/or communication sent to the purchaser of the system.
